Like exercise and meditation, making art can help to alleviate stress levels. In this beginning 6 week course, we will:
• Explore 6 different artistic modalities which have all been proven to quiet the mind and reduce stress.
• Try both meditative and therapeutic forms of art.
• Enjoy a safe and comfortable atmosphere among others who seek to manage their everyday stress.
• BYO wine and adventurous attitude!

Please note: This is not art therapy. I am not a psychologist, nor do I possess a degree in Art Therapy. I am a Fine Artist with nearly 20 years of experience using various forms of artistic expression to manage stress, and I'd like to share what I've learned with you!
